Tiny Solar House keeps trucking across the United States

On a mission to show people that “solar panels really do work,” Texas native Michael Chance is moving from state to state and taking his Tiny Solar House with him. From an RV park in Streetsboro, Ohio, Michael discusses the inspiration for his 1.68-kw solar home, how he built it and the type of solar equipment he uses—including Fullriver batteries, SolarWorld modules and a Xantrex inverter. Having logged 5,000 miles by early September 2016, Michael said, “I’d just like to encourage people to check out solar technology. You may be surprised how affordable it is, and at the end of the day you’ll feel good about it.” Learn more at http://www.tinysolarhouse.com/.
