This air conditioner is powered by my solar power system connected to my house mains. It is a 120v AC unit. Install went really well and it is cooling! The whole purpose of this installation is to keep the household HVAC unit from running all summer long (costs a lot of $$$). And, it is on solar power for 10 hours a day!
