Solar Street LED lighting with a difference

I call this the Solar Night Hawk street lantern becouse after years and years of looking at the typical solar street lights in African countries with the big panels floating around on top of a pole, with a standard lantern attached below with the lead acid battery located in a box on the pole, high enough not to get stolen or buried in the ground.
None of these panels gets serviced, so in time get covered in dust and grime, reducing battery charging.
The other issue is the use of Lead Acid battery which can only deliver 50% of the stored power.
In the past few years, the all in one solar street light, with the PV panel affixed to the LED combined with a lithium battery built in.
The problem with this type of solar street lantern, is the street needs to be along the same line as south facing or North, depending where you are located in the world.
The NEW Solar Night Hawk has been designed with a multi swivel joint (Patent applied).
The benifit of these solar LED lantens, is that the PV panel can be fixed to the angle required and to the south or north for optimum efficiency.
Of course the solar panel still needs to be cleaned, but this high quality solar street lantern can also be easly serviced.
A PIR sensor located under the battery/LED unit also reconises when there is no movement, will reduce the light quality by 50%, this extending the life of the Lithium battery
