Well it is now the middle of winter and as both the mainly off-grid shed and on-grid garage have been up and running for a while I figured it was time for an update. Nothing too much has changed, some extra grid tie inverters have been added to the garage set-up and the one within the shed has failed. Beyond this, couple of plans for the summer ahead include doubling up on panels for the grid-tied garage and replacing the main 4mm cable with 0AWG cable to reduce voltage loss to a minimum and give a solid link for future expansion.
