this is small project and it is the best way to dry figs without worrying about worms.Problem with drying on sun,is that insects leave eggs in the figs during drying process.This is also better because you do not need to put much sulfur and during night there is no need for covering.Temperature inside in mid summer day is over 60 C.Plan is to put some 12V vent.instead of natural circulation and shorten the process.
