The Varnish Repaired “Half-Panel” is functional…; so on balance, I paid for One & a Half 70 Watt Panels, and that’s what I recieved.
If I’d inspected it, I’d have got an instant replacement for free, and MAYBE been given the Shattered Panel for free.
The Vignette serves to illustrate the point that when most people throw stuff away, it generally has half it’s Lifetime-Usefulness still left in it…
