It’s on 280 rai (10 acres = 4 rai). They used amorphous silicon panels. The framing is heavy galvanized steel set on concrete pilings. DC output is 1000V (if memory serves).
They collect runoff water in tanks, filter it and use it to wash the panels about twice per month.
