I found a great place to mount this small usb 80mm computer fan. When mounted underneath the bookshelf, the fan is out of the way but can still provide good circulation. The pc fan gives my room a certain je ne sais quoi. Indeed, I should install a few more of these fans. Earlier in the day, I gave my awkward looking usb powerpack a little workout by actually using it to charge my cell phone. I’m happy to say it did the job. Since I made a whole series of solar rechargeable gadgets, I gathered them in my room so the afternoon sun can give them a good charge. The solar radios, flashlights, solar fan and powerpacks are all easy to make and can be a lifesaver in a power outage. Fun and functionality. What a combination?
