Shocking Snapchat footage shows the moment a teenage boy inhaling from a bong before blowing marijuana smoke into a ‘relaxed’ kitten’s face.
A shocking Snapchat video which shows a teenage boy blowing a dense cloud of marijuana smoke into the face of a limp kitten is being investigated by the RSPCA.
The teenage boy, seen in the video wearing a black cap and inhaling copious amounts of smoke from a huge bright-coloured bong, leaves his pet wreathed in smoke.
The cat’s relaxed reaction has led the RSPCA to believe the kitten may have been subjected to similar abuse in the past or already be under the influence of the illegal drug.

The disturbing video has caused outrage and the RSPCA has urged anyone with information to contact them, 7News reported.
RSPCA spokeswoman Cheryl Doudle suspects the feline may have been exposed to marijuana before, possibly immediately before the video was taken.
‘It’s not struggling like you think it may,’ she said.
‘So I am concerned that the kitten may already be under the effects of marijuana.’
Marijuana has been known to cause mental health problems, psychosis and paranoia, but its effects on cats are unknown.
