When we arrived on our off grid property last year we were so busy that we spent very little time paying attention to the weather. Little did we know that a HUGE windstorm was brewing in the Pacific Northwest and that it would rock our world! Since that windstorm, we’ve learned quite a bit about preparing for harsh weather, especially as it pertains to our lifestyle and off grid living.
