Michael happy with biggest and best!
Michael had researched the solar industry for 18 months before he signed the dotted line with BioSolar.
“I was given a lot of presentations ranging from 1.5kW to 5kW. From the presentations, I learnt a lot about the benefits of solar and the extra potential income you can make of having a larger system,” said Michael.
“It was a no brainer in my mind to go for the 5kW,” he said.

Michael said he was starting to worry about his electricity bills increasing each quarter.
“Our average bill was around $500, but there were a couple that ended up being $800 plus. When I saw that I thought ‘I need to act now’,” Michael said.
Michael was very excited to see his first bill in credit!
“Finally, for once, we didn’t have to pay an electricity bill!
“It was only for a month’s worth of solar, but we still generated more electricity than what we used,” he said.
Even though the credit was only for $20, Michael knew this was only the beginning and that his first full quarterly bill would far surpass this.
“It doesn’t sound like a lot but when you times that by 12 and a lot more sunshine, it adds up!” he said.
Michael said he couldn’t be happier with the guys who installed his solar system.
“They knew what they were doing and they went into great detail with me about how they were installing it and what I should do if something needed to happen in the future,” he said.
Michael said that choosing to go for solar comes down to the question of whether you want to pay for your energy or make it.
“I’d rather be paying my solar system off than paying a power plant or energy provider for our electricity consumption,” he said.
