We moved to our off grid property in September of 2015 and barely had time to get ready before old man winter hit. We got our RV protected and our wood stove installed in our cabin addition during the first snowfall. We had to quickly learn the ropes to living off grid in winter, and since I’m writing this almost in spring, I’d say that we did pretty dang well for rookies!
