This is the install of my 1100 watt krieger inverter and 255 watt 40 volt solar panel. This I use for boondocking of dry camping off the grid.
This works well for my current needs. I have 3-12 volt 75 ah batts now. Eventually I will upgrade to 2-6 volts. The third battery is under the hood of the truck as it has the camper package.
Down the road I would also like to upgrade the 20 amp mppt to a 40 amp model and get two panels on the roof in parallel. This will net me about 80 volts..
