I am making a instructional video on how to make a solar panel using no wood and that will hold up to most weather conditions. I am using Solar Cells I bought from www.solarcells101.com. You should use tempered 1/4 inch glass. I bought glass that was already made not special order it was only 20 dollars because they had it already some that no one picked up years ago. It was not 70 dollar special order so I had to make the cells to fit the glass. The glass was much cheaper this way. In other words the glass is not made to fit the cells special order.
