HOW TO BUILD SOLAR NIGHT LIGHT [Part 1/2]

Materials needed:
PCB Copper board 1.5x3inches
1000 Microfarad Capacitor
1N4001 Diode
78015 Voltage Regulator *for Solar Panel 15Volts
7805 Voltage Regulator *for Phonecharger
Resistors
Ferric Chloride *to remove unwanted copper
Alcohol *remove marker
Lead Wire
Multicolored electrical wires
Hand drill
Soldering iron
Solar panel 5 watts,18 volts
Lead light
Clear epoxy
wire stripper
Soldering sucker
cutter

Step 1: Trace and cut the PCB Copper Board: 1.5 inches by 3 inches
Step 2: Trace the outline of the schematic on the copper board using a permanent marker.
Step 3: Submerge the PCB Copper board in Ferric Chloride. Continuously agitate it for 5-10 minutes to remove unwanted copper on the layout
Step 4: Remove the submerged PCB using gloves or pliers. Clean the board with alcohol then dry it afterwards.
Step 5: With the use of a hand drill, make holes on the circuit board using the nodes from the schematic diagram (shown in the video) as a guide.
Step 6: Put the components into the holes of the circuit board. Diodes, resistors, capacitors and voltage regulators.
Step 7: Use the soldering iron to solder all the components. This will prevent the components from moving or falling out.
Step 8: Trim the excess legs or wire of the components using a wire stripper.
Step 9: Insert the electrical wires (both positive and negative terminals) then solder the wire under the circuit to prevent from moving or falling out.
Step 10: Determine the positive and negative end for the led light.
Step 11: Solder the white and black wire to the positive and negative end of the led light
Step 12: Insert the wires into the waterproof led light shaft
Step 13: Seal the clear bottom part of the led light shaft with clear epoxy
Step 14: Mount the battery lead fluid inside the container using aluminium metal braces
Step 15: Connect the circuit to the battery by soldering the blue and black wires.
Step 16: Identify the positive and negative terminals for the solar panel then connect it to the circuit.
Step 17: Attach the light indicator to the circuit
