I have two military surplus Fermot MEP-831-A diesel generators for sale. These are rated at 3kw operating 120v 2 wire and 240v 3 wire. A toggle switch activates 120v or 240v.
The units are powered by a 1cyl Yanmar, air cooled (internal electric fans), no other fluids than diesel and oil. Glow plugs, 24v starting system (two 12v 16amp batteries).
It appears due to their construction, these are units that can be dropped off at a cabin, topped off with Penray Nox-Ice and a 24 v solar panel to keep the batteries charged and you will have power with flipping a switch.
