You can get power from LEDs as you would from solar panel. This shows the basic concept. This demonstrates voltage in comparison to a small solar panel. Great for low voltage applications, energy harvesting, small solar panel failover backup, etc. Lower forward voltage drop on these LEDs make this easier to achieve.
