These are two solar panels that I made, the decent looking one turns out 13 volts overcast and 14.5 volts sunny , the other panel ,which basically came crashing to the floor after I had done all the soldering, i ended up soaking a sheet of fibre glass and epoxy/hardener mix and sticking all the cells to it, it kept them together and it actually works, crazy as it looks such a mess.
I still have 75 cells left to try make a better panel , which I will.
