Alexa skill that connects to my SolarEdge (solar panels) and LightwaveRF via a Raspberry Pi. It reads the data and stores it in my SQL database in the cloud.
It can provide generating, consuming and comparison reports for real time or historic dates.
Behind the touch screen is Windows IOT Core running on a Raspberry Pi 3. This pulls the data from both sources (generating and consuming) and stores it in the SQL database.
The standalone Raspberry Pi 2 to the left acts as a bridge and webserver, so that Alexa can access the SQL data via http queries.
To do this, you will need the SolarEdge and LightwaveRF api. Both freely available, plus the hardware of course.
