In Part One of this presentation, Dr. Michael Clarage, a scientist on the SAFIRE Project team, proposed an entirely new way of seeing our solar system, based on the principles of electrical engineering. In Part Two, Dr. Clarage further elaborates the idea of the solar system as a center-core electrical transformer and explains the results from initial experiments to actually build such a transformer.
