120VAC Micro Inverter Test

I just bought two of the 120VAC plug n’ play inverters designed for Grid Tie use. Construction quality for both inverters is good, both inverters work safely syncing to grid power and shut off when no solar or grid power is available.

The units appear to output only 70% of the solar power input… are these inverters only 70% efficient at DC to AC power conversion? Or are my solar modules not compatible with this inverter?

I got the “modem” unit which is suppose to communicate with the micro inverters over the power line. The modem does not appear to work and the free software that comes with the modem is difficult to use and does not appear to work. There are no useful tips to get things working in the software nor the user manual for the modem unit.
