This is the video film of testing of solar powered flour mill of 10 HP. Almost half million such flour mills of 2 HP to 10 HP for wheat and grain grinding are working in India. All these can be converted to solar power. 10 HP flour mill has grinding capacity of 100 kg per hour. There are 40 solar panels of 250 W each mounted on 4 frames of 10 panels each, revolving on vertical axis and tilting on horizontal axis manually. So almost 85 to 90% power can be obtained.
