When we first bought that large lot of 45 watt Kaneka panels we thought, ‘Wow, how beautiful!” They have a deep reddish purple color tone, almost black, but like a complex black. Several people in our office wanted to use them for coffee tables, and the pricing was low enough that it made sense to use them for something besides producing electricity from the sun.
When we were remodeling our new office space, we needed some materials to re-do the front counter. Voila! Our unique Kaneka Solar counter face.
