Water leaking from the electrical conduit…no glue used!!!

We had Wilson Glass of Reliant Drilling, LLC (McDade, TX area) drill a water well for us… what a mistake!!!

Wilson Glass owner of Reliant Drilling, drilled a water well on our property. While here, they cut our water line in three different locations while trenching. Two of the three breaks in the line “repaired” have ruptured, one flooding the pasture the other ruined my new black top driveway.

We had been having rain in the area and my new road was wet so we did not notice water coming up from the ground. After about a month, We contacted Wilson and told him there was a leak in the pipe where he broke it and the we could no longer drive on the road and my house was shifting. Wilson came out huffing and puffing telling us, we were full of shit, NOT LISTENING TO ONE WORD WE WERE SAYING!!!… he looked at the pressure gauge for about 5 seconds, called me an idiot and spouted that the water on the road was runoff from the fields from rain a month prior to his visit. Then he sped off cussing us all the way out the gate!

This is where we learned he does this work unlicensed! Wilson did the plumbing and the electrical WITHOUT A LICENSE!!! He let slip while he was here, that the water pipes were not his responsibility because he was not a licensed plumber… (I assumed, stupid me, that if you were licensed to drill water wells, that meant you were a plumber, also, WRONG) even though he did the work and broke the pipes with his trencher, he was not responsible because he did not know where the water lines were and that we should have let him know…

A pipe from the holding tank to the house pump sprang a leak because of a faulty glue joint. The in and out pipes on the water softener leaked… bad glue joints. A pipe leading to our pond started leaking because the ninety degree turn was in a bind. There is a leak under the pump house slab. There was NO glue used to on the conduit for the underground electrical connection, now the electrical line is dripping water… see videos

We thought we hired a professional company, WE WERE EXTREMELY WRONG!

If all this was not bad enough, it took a month after drilling the well to have it connected to our house. During this time Wilson had left pipe by the shed in the mud, so when he connected the house to the pump house, he DID NOT clean the inside of the pipes of mud. Needless to say, all the water filters in my house were clogged… it was so bad, the water would not flow from the kitchen sink!

We had asked for a faucet on the holding tank and surge protectors on the control panels, paid for but did not get!!!

Wilson was so lost on this installation that Franklin Pumps sent two reps from Washington state on two separate occasions to correct his ineptitude!

This would be laughable if it were not so sad…
