Do a 140 meters long jump while driving a vehicle
I recommend buying the Sayonara for this, it’s the fastest bike in the game and it’s relatively cheap at $28500. You want to go to the North beach area of San Franciso. There is a jump here than goes over the Coit Tower area. I also suggest buying the “Engine Override” skill (this does require the story related key data which you get about 2-3 missions into the game). Use the boost just before the jump and you’ll easily clear 140m.
