This was a roof light conversion we did for a customer that wanted something other that the normal EBay stuff.
The customer did not want there to be ANY visible light units so we went for concealing them under the lining which worked really well.
We made 44 separate mini PCBs and mounted the LEDs and other components, these were then fixed to the roof panels, 11 on each, they were then all wired up and then the roof boards were trimmed.
After installation in the bus the 4 roof boards were then linked to the controller.
They work in auto mode where they fade through the various colours, or flash, you can also select individual colours or just white.
Fully dimmable and the flash and fade rate is also fully controllable via the remote control.
This was filmed during the day to the effect does not look as good as it does at night, also for some reason the camera makes it look like the lights are off colour, which they are not.
