A complete production line for the assembly of LED panels, the LED-AP1200 includes a fully automatic stencil printer, a pick and place machine designed specifically for LED assembly, and a full-convection, 6-zone reflow oven. This line can assemble LED panels up to 1.2 meters (47″) long with LED placement rates of approximately 15,000 cph. The complete line also includes an inspection conveyor to connect the MC-LEDV4 pick and place machine with the CR-6000 reflow oven.
