High Power 10 Watt LED Do Need Heatsink So Let’s Try To Solder LED Directly onto Heatsink .

1. Make Sure To Put Lot of Heat sink Compound / Thermal Grese (Thermal Paste).
2. Its Better To Drive LED’s at Lower Power Than Rated ( For Better Life).
3. While Mounting LED , Confirm That Area Under It Is Flat And Making Good Contact.
