A team of four USD senior engineers designed a device to clean solar panels swiftly, efficiently and safely using a motorized wheel system, which runs along the top and bottom edges of the panel array, a motorized rotary brush spanning the length of the panel, which removes dirt and debris. A water sprayer precedes the rotating brush and a squeegee trails the brush to remove excess water and debris.
