build your panel proper all the materials to do this is available and for a few bucks more you will have a panel that will last and not be garbage in less that a year. this corroding starts right after you solder the back side so you want to get them sealed up as soon as possible.I see vids out there on how to build these for cheap and they are not doing them the right way so they are wasting you money and time if you have to rebuild them all again. look up videos on solar panel manufaturers and see how they make them thats how i learned the right way and it work mine now are not corroding at all if you need to buy this film i can tell you the site where i got it it was $1.60 a square foot not to bad the glass was about 60 bucks each and som 2X1 aluminium for the frame then just silicone the glass into the frame. So each panel cost me about 80 bucks to build the proper way.
