University of Nebraska-Lincoln assistant professor of mechanical and materials engineering Jinsong Huang is working on thin, flexible, polymer solar cells that could be cheaper and more efficient than current technology. He envisions the devices could be incorporated into clothing or backpack coverings to power electronic devices.
