In August of 2015 I attended a 10-day permaculture design course at Whole Systems Design, in Vermont. This video was a quick sign on at the beginning of the course from Ben Falk’s broadacre site in Rochester. You can see the barn, house, swales, and a couple ponds off in the distance. What you can’t see are all the crickets!! I kept telling Ben throughout the course that he needed to start manufacturing cricket flour (it’s still a good idea Ben!).
