Off Grid Solar Power and Beyond Part 2 (Sharing Our Journey Series)

Today’s vlog picks up where we left off in sharing the highlights of our off grid power systems. We forgot to mention that our 1500 watt solar system runs the following: a small chest freezer, lights for our 600 square foot cabin, our computer, battery chargers, and an occasional hot glue gun/kitchen grinder/sewing machine. We do have to use a generator at times in the winter and for power tools and sump pump. Other than that, we try to do as much by hand as possible.

Welcome to our channel and thank you for taking the time to watch our vlog. We are a family of 8 living in a 600 sq. ft. off grid home on 20 acres in the Ozarks. We are endeavoring to put in “1000′s of roots” on our land through permaculture design principles. We try to upload videos on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Please leave any thoughts or questions you may have in the comments below. We would love to connect with you! And be sure to subscribe and share us with others who may be interested in our videos.

Thanks again for watching,
Kip, Carrie, and children
