Lebanese town installs solar panels to deal with electricity blackouts



Electricity blackouts plunge Lebanon into darkness for several hours a day.
Estimates say it could cost up to $6bn to overhaul the country’s entire power infrastructure.
But some entrepreneurs are easing the situation by installing solar panels.
