The HYBRID Streetlights all-in-one design is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional street lighting systems. This light pole is unique to the market since it is the only hybrid streetlight that uses a Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) in combination with solar photovoltaic panels on an articulating frame mount that can be positioned to optimize the exposure to the sun. All of the generated power is stored in batteries located in the base of the pole. The lighting is a high-efficiency LED streetlight that is as bright and intense as a traditional sodium vapor bulb but consumes a fraction of the power. No underground wires, trenching or additional services are required so this off-grid streetlight is fast and easy to install.
