It has a 400 watt wind turbine and 2 solar panels attached to a charge controller and batteries that are contained within the pole base.
At night the 2 piece of a LED luminaire, (one is for the pedestrians and other for the vehicular traffic) will automatically illuminate till dusk or a preset time within the controller. Notice the slight wind is creating energy and charging the DC Battery via the hybrid controller.
