Overview of how I constructed my solar window shutter. The unit is actually a 30 Watt solar panel (Not 60W as mentioned) I discovered later that the solar cells were 1.5 watts instead of 3 watts. Something to watch for when you’re buying cells online. Anyhow solar window shutters are a great way to do solar power if you don’t have a lot of space or a renting your home.
