This process consist of two machines, a high speed dispensing machine that simultaneously dispenses 3 dots of adhesive (2 silver epoxy and 1 center drop of non-conductive epoxy). This is for placement of electronic components onto silver ink based circuits, in this case for membrane switch assembly. The second machine takes the sheet that was dispensed by the first machine and places electronic components, in this case side emitting leds and resistors precisely onto the silver adhesive.
