The other day, I made the trip to Helios Solar Works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to pick up a B-Stock 400 watt / 48V solar panel. Both my electric motorcycle and 1970′s electric Citicar run on 48V battery systems, and I’d like to solar charge them.
I got a quick tour of the plant, then loaded up my panel and went home to start setting it up. In the next video, I’ll cover hooking up the panel and actually charging a vehicle.
