As the name implies Banner American has turned their popular Easy-Lam Roll Laminator into an energy saving, earth friendly, green laminator.
The Easy-Lam Green™ saves energy in two important ways: 1) The standby mode brings the thermostat down from a laminating temperature of 300°F to 150°F while the machine is not being used, resulting in an energy savings of over 50%. The warm-up time from 150°F back to laminating temperature of 300°F is only 7 minutes. 2) The EasyLam Green™ features a one hour auto shutoff, which shuts the machine down after an hour of non-use, resulting in further energy savings.
In addition to the energy saving features, the EasyLam Green™ comes standard with a digital temperature control which displays the current temperature. When the increase/decrease buttons are pressed, it displays the current temperature setting. There is also a timer reset button for situations where the laminator will be in use longer than 1 hour at a time.
