Cheap(est?) Lithium Ion PWM Solar Charge Controller – 12v Solar Shed

This cheap solar charge controller comes in various versions and in this video I look at the Lithium Ion 7.4v (2 cell) version. I also look at a small battery protection system to protect my 18650 cells.
