Running two aquaponics systems on solar, the main inverter can cycle between AC and DC so this means that if i get many days of clouds the system will just turn over to the mains power. The solar setup also has two of all parts so in the case that something fails the system can be up and running again in minutes. Its not cheap to setup solar but in the end it will pay for itself.
