This unit has an advance solar panel on top of the spotlight and 64 times brighter solar wall light (mini street light) We designed these to be both, with bright white light and a durable plastic frame. Traditional solar lights put out 1.25 lumens, but these put out and astounding 80 lumens per fixture!
