In the first test I used a 9 watt Eco friendly bulb that puts out the light of a 40 watt regular bulb hooked the bulb to a closet light fixture put the panel in the sun and I did not work! Test 2 was William and I with a 20 ft extension cord wired to a small computer led light bulb that I scavenged at the dump. Night time so I tried powering the panel using the light from my desk lamp a 60 watt regular bulb, and it worked!! Success! Bingo!! It lite that green led bulb like crazy! In this video I am doing the test alone with the same led computer bulb and the desk lamp but this time without the extension cord so you could see there was no tricks or hidden batterys or anything.
