Here is my procedure so significantly , 2 batteries in sequence makeing 26.6v ,solar panel tapped on to 1 battery, jogging on 24mAs pretty rapidly wheels , LED at 2 mAs on secondary coils bifilar air cores in sequence on a sunny day.
