Here is a look at my new 100W solar panel off the very popular internet auction site, which I’ve been having a play with over the last week.
When doing research, I struggled with getting some facts and figures to what these solar panels put out in a UK climate.
This video was filmed at about 17:30/18:00 and the sun was quite strong, giving good results for my needs.
A solar charge controller is required on all solar systems with a rating of about 30/40w or more. This is to prevent your batteries becoming discharged when the sun goes in.
