Lakes and rivers are drying out and without access to safe water, many farmers struggle to earn a living.
In Africa as a whole, 2000 children die of diarrhoea every day caused by drinking dirty water.
Diseases caused by dirty water and poor sanitation kill more children every year than AIDS, Malaria and Measles combined. OMUTUKUVU PROJECT, registered by the DISTRICT CBO/NGO REGISTRATION BOARD OF MAYUGUE was founded by Kennedy Ochieng and Oliver Brandenburg in March 2017 and is currently operating in the village of Mairinya, Uganda. Our priority is to install a SOLAR WATERPUMP SYSTEM that could efficently serve the 120 families in our village which would have the potential to signifcantly improve the current living conditions of our people. At OMUTUKUVU we combine ancient knowledge with personal experience to unite an International community that acts selflessly.
