มอเตอร์ universal หรือ มอเตอร์สากล หรือ มอเตอร์มหัศจรรย์ที่เรียกกันในเน็ต เป็นมอเตอร์ที่ใช้ได้ทั้งไฟ DC และไฟ AC โดยมอเตอร์ universal ที่ใช้อยู่นี้ เป็นมอเตอร์จากเครื่องซักผ้าแบบฝาหน้า ความเร็วรอบสุงสุดอยู่ที่ 17,000 RPM ความแรงของรอบจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามโวลท์ที่เพิ่มขึ้น กินแอมป์ (สูบน้ำบาดาลโดยใช้ปั๊มเจ็ทคู่) ประมาณ 6 แอมป์

ข้อดีของมอเตอร์ที่ใช้อยู่นี้ คือ ไม่ต้องห่วงเรื่องความร้อนเหมือนมอเตอร์ดีซีทั้งหลาย ขอให้โวลท์เพียงพอตามแรงที่ได้ ก็สามารถที่จะสูบน้ำได้ แต่อาจะจต้องใช้แผงมากยิ่งขึ้นและแบตฯ หลายลูกขึ้น

สำหรับการใช้งานนั้น ในการสูบน้ำแต่ละอย่าง อาจจะแตกต่างกันไป แต่ถ้าจะใช้กับปั๊มเจ็ทคู่ ขนาดแรงครึ่ง เพื่อสูบน้ำบาดาลในระดับความลึกตามสเป๊กเครื่อง คือ 25 เมตร การจัดแผงเพื่อรองรับ เพื่อให้ได้น้ำเต็มที่ คือ

- ถ้าใช้แบตฯ ต้องใช้แบตฯ อนุกรมกันประมาณ 6 ลูก

- ถ้าใช้แผงโซล่าเซลล์ต่อตรง เพื่อให้ทำงานเมื่อมีแสงแดด ควรใช้แผงฯ ขนาด 150 วัตต์ ประมาณ 5 แผง หรือ แผง 300 วัตต์ ประมาณ 3 แผง (ถ้าเป็นแผง 300 วัตต์ หากจะแยกชาร์ท สามารถแยกชาร์ทแบตฯ ได้ 6 ลูก โดยวิธีผ่าแผง)

ทั้งนี้ การจัดแบตฯ หรือ แผงฯ เพื่อรองรับดังกล่าวนี้ กรณีใช้กับปั๊มเจ็ทคู่ขนาดดังกล่าวนี้เท่านั้น แต่หากเป็นมอเตอร์ชนิดอื่น หรือ ปั๊มชนิดอื่น อาจจะต้องปรับแบตฯ หรือ แผงฯ มากขึ้นหรือน้อยลง ตามความเหมาะสมของอุปกรณ์นั้นๆ

ปล. ในส่วนของการชาร์ทนั้น หากจะให้สมบูรณ์จริงๆ ควรใช้ผ่านคอนโทรลชาร์ท เพื่อป้องกันไฟเกินและแบตฯ ร้อน จนทำให้แบตฯ พังเร็วขึ้น แต่ที่ไร่ตอนนี้ คิดว่า เราสามารถควบคุมการใช้ไฟต่อวันได้ เป็นการชาร์ทและใช้ในวันต่อวัน จึงยังใช้วิธีชาร์ทตรงโดยใช้ไดโอดบริดกันย้อนไว้เท่านั้น และอีกอย่าง คือ การต่ออนุกรมแบบนี้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบตฯ หรือ แผงฯ ควรจะต่อไดโอดบายพาสไว้ด้วย

อย่างไรก็ตาม ตรงจุดนี้ มี ๒ จุดที่ต้องเพิ่มเติมครับ คือ

- คอนโทรลชาร์ท หรือ ชาร์ทเจอร์ หรือ ตัวควบคุมการชาร์ท ซึ่งหากใครมีทุนพอจะติดตั้งได้ โดยติดตั้งแทนไดโอดบริดในภาพ เพื่อควบคุมการชาร์ทให้มั่นคงขึ้น ตอนนี้ อุปกรณ์ที่ว่านี้ ราคาถูกลงมากแล้วครับ อยู่ที่ประมาณสามร้อยกว่าบาทถึงราคาพันขึ้น แล้วแต่ลูกเล่นและคุณภาพที่เขาใส่เข้ามา โดยส่วนตัวทราบว่า ต้องใช้ แต่ที่ไม่ใช้ เพราะเป็นแบตฯ เก่า อาจไม่ต้องระวังอะไรมาก และเท่าที่ทราบมาจากอาจารย์บางสำนัก หากเราสามารถใช้ไฟให้ทันต่อการชาร์ทต่อวัน ไม่ให้ไฟเข้าเกิน ก็สามารถใช้แบบไดโอดบริดแทนได้

- เรื่องการต่อบายพาส เพื่อให้ไฟวิ่งข้ามแผงฯ ที่มีเงามาบัง หรือ แบตฯ ลูกใดลูกหนึ่งที่อาจจะชำรุด มีปัญหา ให้ไฟวิ่งผ่านวงจรได้ดีขึ้น

โดยส่วนตัวแล้ว ไม่ได้เก่งกล้าสามารถด้านนี้มากนัก แต่ทดลองทำมาเรื่อย เรียนรู้ผ่านเน็ตจากการสอนของอาจารย์หลายสำนัก โดยเฉพาะอาจารย์ที่ไม่เน้นการซื้อของมากมาย ใช้ง่ายๆ ต้นทุนไม่สูง ชาวบ้านที่สนใจมองดูแล้วไม่ใช่เรื่องยาก เข้าถึงได้

แต่บางอาจารย์ที่ไปเรียนรู้มา แรกๆ ก็ดูดีนะ สอนดี เน้นให้ชาวบ้านเข้าถึงได้ง่าย แต่หลังๆ มานี้ คงจะให้สมบูรณ์ขึ้น การสอนเปลี่ยนไป เน้นอุปกรณ์มากมาย และต้องใช้ทุนเพิ่มขึ้น เหมาะสำหรับช่างมากกว่าชาวบ้าน ชาวบ้านมองดูแล้ว จับต้องได้ยาก แบบนี้ก็มี

ที่ใช้อยู่นี้ก็ผสมผสานครับ คนมาเห็นแล้วทักเยอะ อยากจะบอกเรื่องเหตุและผลเขาเหมือนกันว่าทำไมทำแบบนี้ และจริงๆ ก็ทำตามที่เขาเคยสอนกันมาในอดีตนั่นแหละ

อยากจะบอกท่านที่สนใจจะลองใช้โซล่าเซลล์ทั้งหลายว่า มันไม่ใช่เรื่องยากที่จับต้องไม่ได้ ขอให้สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นรองรับการใช้งานของเราได้เป็นพอ หากตรงไหนขาด เราก็ศึกษาหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมเอา

และคงฝากถึงอาจารย์หลายๆ สำนักครับ เรื่องการขายของเพื่อทำให้ตัวเองมีรายได้บ้างก็เข้าใจอยู่ แต่หากตัวเองเคยสอนอะไรไว้ การสอนน่าจะมีวิธีประนีประนอมระหว่างการสอนใหม่กับการสอนเก่าเป็นเงื่อนไขบอกกล่าวแก่คนมาเรียนรู้ไว้บ้างก็ดี ไม่งั้นเรื่องนี้ก็จะไปอยู่ที่ช่างติดตั้งมากกว่าชาวบ้านจะติดตั้งเอง
