ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ IC Modul ที่นำมาใช้ประกอบ ทำกล่องแปลงเฟสไฟฟ้า
แม้จะใช้โมดูล ตัวเดียว(ไม่ได้ขนาน) ก็สามารถจ่ายกำลังไฟฟ้าผ่านตัวมันเพื่อขับมอเตอร์ขนาดมากกว่า 5แรงม้าได้ โดยที่ตัวมันไม่เสียหาย(แต่..ตัวโมดูลทำงาน 100% ก็มีความเสี่ยง หากระบบทำงานผิดพลาด อันมาจากผลการทำงานของวงจรควบคุม) เพราะระบบป้องกันภายในถือว่าออกแบบมาได้อย่างสุดยอด คือ แม้จะใช้โมดูล ตัวเดียว(ไม่ได้ขนาน) ก็สามารถจ่ายกำลังไฟฟ้าผ่านตัวมันเพื่อขับมอเตอร์ขนาด 7.5แรง ให้หมุนได้(ถ้ามีพลังงานไฟฟ้าเพียงพอ) แต่…. มอเตอร์จะทำงานได้ไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ คือ กระแสไฟฟ้าที่ไหลผ่านตัวโมดูล 1ตัว ในปริมาณที่มาก และต่อเนื่อง จะส่งผลให้เกิดความร้อนสะสมในระยะเวลาไม่นาน ระบบป้องกันภายในก็จะสั่งตัดการทำงาน ทำให้ระบบงานไม่ต่อเนื่อง
ด้วยเหตุนี้ จึงต้องมีการออกแบบขนานโมดูลให้มีการจ่ายกำลังเสริมแบ่งลดภาระการทำงานกันทำให้กำลังงานไฟฟ้าผ่านจ่ายให้มอเตอร์ได้มากพอ (ให้ทำงานไม่หนัก ในภาวะทำงานปกติให้เฉลี่ยไฟผ่านไม่เกินตัวล่ะ 70% เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงให้ตัวโมดูล ทำให้โมดูลมีอายุยืนยาว)
