Best Choice Products Solar Power Fountain works very well, even on cloudy days! The fountain appears to be stone, but it is actually glass fiber that is reinforced with concrete. This mixture allows for a heavy duty material that is easy for me to wipe clean. The water pump has a filter and is easy to turn on and off. There is a rotating dial that surrounds the water spout of the solar panel. When the dial is turned to “O” the fountain is off and the solar panel is charging the battery. When turned to “I” the pump is running and using the battery power. This will cycle charge, so the solar panel continues to charge the battery while the pump is using the battery power. I believe, in direct sunlight, the fountain will last 4, maybe 5, hours at night. It is beautiful at night too! There are 4 bright white LEDs that surround the pump. These lights will automatically illuminate when it senses darkness. At night it lights up the water spraying from the spout.
There are different water fountain choices and even an extender if you want more height to the water spray. This is an excellent product that can withstand windy days and thunderstorms! I highly recommend this! I haven’t had any issues with it!
